I am a new
person after taking your class. My back
used to be sore at the end of every day I
gardened. Now I always do semi-supine at
the days end and my back feels so much
better.

Issue: # 16 |
September/October 2009 |
|
 Happy
fall to all!
The leaves are just starting to
change and we are looking ahead at
the rest of the year with excitement
and optimism (our first born is due
Oct. 4th).
We are happy to announce
that in August we have officially
moved into our newly renovated
teaching space in our home office in
Farmington. It is everything we had
hoped and planned for and a thrilled
to share it with our clients. If you
would like to see pictures of our
new space please click
here or
on the picture to the left.
All lessons and
classes are continuing as usual for
Eric, but Sara is currently on
maternity leave until the New Year.
Check out the “Lessons & Classes”
section of this issue for a list of
upcoming events. The topic of this
issue is the often confusing and
complicated aspect of finding a good
chair and how to sit comfortably. We
also have added some interesting
links in our “Resources” section
that you will find helpful.
We hope you enjoy this
newsletter and have a wonderful
month!
Gratefully,
Eric and Sara Miller
